2018 was widely recognized as a Lauded Vintage in South Australia, with warm and stable weather that produced a Grange with a grand structure, intensely rich flavor, and impeccable balance. This wine follows the classic "cross-regional blending" philosophy, combining 97% Shiraz and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and Clare Valley, all aged for 18 months in 100% new American oak barrels.

Color: A deep, opaque, inky purple core with vibrant violet edges.

Aroma: Explosive and complex. Overflowing with ripe blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant, and roasted plum, interwoven with the signature notes of vanilla, coconut sugar, dark chocolate, and cocoa powder from the new American oak barrels. Subsequently, more complex aromas of salted licorice, smoked meat, dried sage, cola, and woody cedar emerge in layers.

Palmistry: A remarkable blend of power and elegant poise. The fruit is incredibly dense, surging on the palate like a wave, rich and fleshy in the mid-palate, yet light and vibrant thanks to exceptional natural acidity. The tannins are fine and dense, like powder, and the finish is virtually endless.
