與往年雄渾、甚至帶有些許侵略性的龐大力量相比，2021 年份的 Grange 展現出了一種前所未有的「克制、精緻與高級感」。它依然延續了最經典的「跨產區混釀」，選用麥克拉倫谷（McLaren Vale）、巴羅薩谷（Barossa Valley）及克拉爾谷（Clare Valley）的 94% 希拉（Shiraz）與 6% 卡本內蘇維濃（Cabernet Sauvignon） 進行調配，並在 100% 全新美國橡木桶中熟成了 18 個月（相比 2020 年份縮短了 2 個月）。
色澤： 深邃的栗黑/墨紫色核心。
香氣： 相比過往，美國橡木桶帶來的烘烤與椰子甜美感退居幕後，起到了更好的支撐作用。杯中滿溢著純淨的黑加侖子（黑醋栗）、藍莓、黑李子、甘草塊與碎咖啡豆的香氣，並交織著熟肉汁、金黃菸草葉、紫羅蘭、焦糖以及高級的墨汁與石墨礦物感。
口感： 酒體圓潤且具有驚人的「精準線條感」。它的單寧如絲綢般柔滑且帶有些許板岩般的細緻顆粒感，將 2021 年相對冷涼春季所帶來的明亮天然酸度完美包覆。酒體雖然宏大濃郁，卻展現出了「走鋼絲」般的極致平衡，尾韻悠長且毫無拖沓。
