Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is free upon purchase of HK$600 or above. HK$50 will be charged for delivery if the purchase amount does not meet the aforementioned requirement.
Delivery will be arranged by third party carrier and date and time may not be certain which may vary subject to, including but not limited to, carrier processing time, weather and locations. Additional fee may be charged subsequently in the event of particular conditions or circumstances found during the delivery.
Orders will be processed and out to third party carrier for delivery within 3 business days (Mon-Sat), except Public Holidays.
In-Store Pick-Up Orders will be processed and arrive in store within 3 working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Customers can pick up the goods at the store upon the arrival . If there is any special situation, Sincere online store staff will contact the customer immediately.
In-store pickup service will be temporarily suspended during the specified promotional period. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Delivery service do not include outlying islands.
