Terms and Conditions
Cashback Rewards
l Points are calculated based on the net shopping amount, excludingshipping and additional charges. Any amount less than HK$1 spent will not becounted nor accumulated for the next order.
l Please log in to your member account at checkout. Approximately 7working days after the shipment has been confirmed and received, points will beautomatically credited to your account. If an order is cancelled or returnedduring the confirmation period, no points will be awarded for that order. Ifpoints have been issued and the order is cancelled or returned for any reason,the points awarded will be deducted accordingly.
l December 31st of each year is the expiry date for points. Unusedpoints will be automatically deducted from the account after this date. Thecompany reserves the right to change the validity period of points at any time.
Points Usage
l You must log in to your member account at checkout for points to becredited after the order is completed. Merely ticking "I want to become amember" during the shopping process will not be regarded as logging in,and no points will be awarded even if the conditions are met.
l Members can enter the number of points they wish to use on thecheckout page and view the remaining points. By default, the system willautomatically use all points if the usage conditions are met.
l Points earned from the company's online store can only be used foronline shopping and cannot be used in physical stores.
Others
l Customers can view their point records on their personal store page.After logging in, select "My Account > Member Points" to view thetotal points held, equivalent cash value of points, expiration date of points,rules for using points, and point usage records. The available points in theaccount shall prevail. Any discrepancy in points due to the effective time ofpoints and data updates will be based on the actual available points in theaccount.
l Points cannot be accumulated collectively across different memberaccounts, nor can they be transferred.
l The membership systems of the company's online store and physicalstore are separate, and points cannot be exchanged between them.
Rights to Amend
l Sincere Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify or terminatethe online store member points rules and conditions at any time, and willannounce it on the company's website. In case of any dispute, the companyreserves the final decision rights.
